Taa-daah! My first attempt at Bokeh photograph!
Thanks to the video tutorial featured [link]
I think it went bloody went, if I don't say so myself. I'm very proud of the lighting, and the mini studio set up I put together to get it. Of course there is plenty for me to improve on, the focus for starters, but I'm fairly pleased with the bokeh itself. I experimented with a few other objects, a snow dome, a glass vase, and a crystal wine glass, but the final product ended up being too dark or out of focus. However, for the latter particularly, the more photos I took the more defined I managed to get the bokeh.
I still have a way to go, but I'm pleased.
Improvements/critiques are much appreciated!
